Our Values and Beliefs
A school’s core values define the fundamental principles that act as guidelines to achieve the school’s vision and carry out its mission. With this in mind, we at Vine Crest hold a set of values and beliefs close to us, and they have become an integral part of who we are as a community.
Potentiality
At VCIS, we believe that every child can succeed and become great. Consequently, we are dedicated to helping harness the capabilities of every child by providing our children the right opportunities they need to reach their full potential. We create an enabling and supportive environment where our pupils/students are valued and respected.
Responsibility
We see the school as a place for learning where our pupils and students come prepared to listen, acquire new knowledge, and take responsibility for themselves, their actions, and their learning.
Punctuality
Our punctuality reflects the value we place on learning and the respect we have for each other's time.
Discipline
Our school emphasizes sound traditional moral values linked to sound educational standards. We apply fairness, friendliness, and firmness in applying disciplinary measures.
Determination
We share the belief that nothing is impossible when you put your mind to it. Thus, we encourage our children to set personal goals and have high expectations of themselves.
Resilience
We believe that success does not occur without mistakes. That is why our teachers create an atmosphere where mistakes are accepted as opportunities to learn rather than as a negative reflection of ourselves.
